With my husband and I being young, we had countless questions for Brian. These ranged from direct realtor questions to detailed questions about the whole "buying experience". Brian was quick to respond with expert advice. Although it didn't take too long for my husband and I to find a home we wanted, the real work was in the negotiating. Brian did a wonderful job relaying the details of what we wanted and would/ would not accept during the negotiation process. Last, but not least, Brian was always a positive influence when it came to repairs, stress, and the closing walk through.

"I am a first time home buyer, and Brian was very helpful in guiding me through the process, giving suggestions on things I hadn't/forgot to consider. He was also on point with everything I needed to keep up on, and he has been patient and glad to help every step of the way. He helped me search for houses, and at no point did he ever push a house on me, and reminded me that there are always other houses if I'm not satisfied. It's been a little over a week since I've closed, and he is still helping me make sure that all the loose end are tied.I cannot recommend him enough. 10/10"

"This is the 2nd time I worked with Brian to buy/sell a home, fifteen years apart. The fact that I remembered him after that long speaks highly of his knowledge, integrity, and customer service. This time he was our listing agent as we prepared to move out of state. He used his expertise to provide suggestions for improvements during what became a long process, and empathized with our frustrations along the way. In the end, we were happy with the price we got for the house, and Brian patiently answered our myriad of questions regarding the multitude of inspections the buyer wanted prior to closing.
